- Thanks for your interest in booking our facilities. Please note that facility bookings made via the ESMplay portal are for social / recreational use only.
- Participants shall be over the age of 18 years.
- No minors or facilitation of coaching programmes is permitted via ESMplay portal.

Each facility booking must adhere to the maximum number of participants which is the maximum playing format + approx. 50%. e.g.
- 1 x Badminton court = 4 players + 2 substitutes per court (total 6 players);
- 7v7 astro pitch = 14 players + 3 substitutes per team (total of 20 players) etc.
- If you would like to run a commercial sports business, academy or organised sports community group in our facilities please contact our ESMplay team on 04 369 7817 or email info@esm.ae.
- If you would like to hold an event in one of our venues, please contact our ESMlive team on 04 369 7817 or email info@esm.ae.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in some or all of the participants being asked to leave the premises and you will waive the right to any refund.
